Ariana Villalta grew up in Brooklyn, NY with a natural eye for beauty and a deep love of making spaces feel like home. She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology, spent years designing accessories and furniture, and eventually followed her heart to what she was always meant to do — help families create homes they truly love.

In 2011, she co-founded the interior design firm Lake + Hill. Then in 2023, she took the exciting leap of launching Chestnut Hill Interiors — a chance to work more closely with clients and bring her warmest, most personal approach to every project.

For Ariana, the best designs come from really listening. She sits down with every client to understand how their family actually lives — the chaos, the joy, the needs — and then builds a beautiful plan around all of it. Every budget is respected, every detail is considered, and a trusted team of architects and tradespeople helps bring it all to life.

She has a special passion for designing homes that support neurodivergent kids and families. As a mom herself, she knows how much a calm, organized, thoughtfully designed space can change the feel of daily life — reducing overwhelm and creating a home that truly works for everyone in it.

When she's not designing, you'll find her with her two golden retrievers, cooking for a houseful of people, or tracking down the perfect vintage find at a local shop. She lives in Wilton with her husband, four kids, and the world's two most enthusiastic dogs. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the area, she finds inspiration everywhere she looks. As she continues to grow and evolve as a designer, Ariana remains dedicated to creating spaces that not only captivate the eye but also resonate with the heart.
